- PMLPA reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion.
4. Membership Fees and Payment
- Membership fees are as published on the “Fee Structure” page.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the Executive Committee in exceptional circumstances.
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. You agree to their terms of service during the transaction. PMLPA does not store your full payment card details.
- Membership is activated only upon successful verification of your credentials and receipt of full payment.
5. User Obligations and Conduct
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user.
- Transmitting obscene or offensive content.
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.
- Misusing the PMLPA name, logo, or intellectual property without express written permission.
